2. We build the plan and the backing — We turn what we heard into a specific community plan, then bring in the partners and investors willing to support it.
3. We bring it to the table — We present the plan, the community's input and the backers to the elected officials and economic development leaders who can fund and build it. Then we track what gets done.

It brings residents, local businesses and investors together to revive neighborhoods and business corridors. Typical timeline: Several months, depending on the community and scope.
Community Engagement Strategy — For organizations that want to know how much their community trusts them and how to hear from residents who don't usually take part. Start with: Community Trust and Engagement Audit. Typical timeline: 4 to 6 weeks.
Program Development and Implementation — For organizations that have identified a community need and are ready to build a program that lasts. Start with: Program Design Assessment. Typical timeline: 6 to 8 weeks.
Leadership Development — For organizations ready to strengthen their current and emerging leaders and build a team that holds itself accountable. Start with: Leadership Readiness Assessment. Typical timeline: 4 to 6 weeks.
